The team behind the Football Ramble, in collaboration with popular online sketch duoThe Exploding Heads, have launched a brand new sports podcast - and it's not like any you've heard before.
Sports Horn is a weekly parody of testosterone-fuelled sports breakfast radio. Join Ian Fiveankles (Mark Davidson) and Anthony Richardson (Anthony Richardson) every Tuesday for new episodes, as Ian seeks to make his mark on modern sports radio in his very first hosting gig. Actually, it's more a cynical bid to win his ex-wife Denise back. The only things that stand in his way are a distinct lack of any discernible talent in this area, distractions that include a studio-based bluebottle, a pack of amorous pedigree dogs and…Jermaine Jenas.
Asking Ian about his return to the limelight, he told us, "Sports Horn is a top, top, top, top, top, top radio station and we all know that the breakfast show is the most important meal of the day. Don’t get me wrong, I had a glittering career on the football pitch, but the Sports Horn studios in Feltham just off the A316 is where the real dreams are made."
