Terms of conditions for Stak (Stakhanov Industries Ltd) Jameson Weekend Hero competition.
- Eligibility. Entrants and their chosen nominee must be over 18, be resident in the UK (British mainland, excluding Northern Ireland) and will be required to supply an image of accepted ID to prove their ages (e.g. passport, UK drivers’ licence)
- How to enter. You must enter by sending us a voice note, describing a gesture or action that makes your nominee the ‘best fan of the weekend’.
- Entry Period. Entries will be accepted from August 16th 2024 until May 3rd 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Winner. There will be 1 winner each week.
- Prize. The winner will receive a bottle of Jameson.
- Winner Selection: Following the end of the Entry Period, we will select the winners using a panel who review the content of your voice note to determine what makes your nominee the best fan of the weekend, at their sole discretion.
- Announcement. We will announce the prize winner weekly on the Second Tier Weekend Show, aired each. Sunday
- Contacting you. If your nominee is the winner you will be contacted by telephone. If we cannot get hold of you or the nominee within 1 week, we may award the prize to another person. The chosen winner will also be required to share their or the nominee’s full name and address for delivery. They must be residing at that address
- The details above will not be shared with any third party other than Jameson to fulfil necessary checks and delivery
- The chosen nomination will first be verified and checked by the English Football League (EFL). We reserve the right to refuse to issue the prize to anyone where doing so may bring us, the EFL or Jameson into disrepute for example where you previously have posted inappropriate content (including without limitation public disorder or discriminatory content)
- The views stated in the chosen nomination are not reflective of the Second Tier podcast, Jameson or the EFL.
- We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to cancel, delay and/or recommence the competition with immediate effect by online announcement without any liability.
