The first is an entry level role for an enthusiastic person to join the non-production side of the company, and the second would suit someone a bit more experienced capable of running all of our social media. Graduate Assistant (non-production)

Location: London, at least three days a week in our north London office

Salary: Competitive

Type: Full time, permanent

This newly created graduate role will provide the successful candidate with a unique insight into the podcast industry via one of the world's most exciting independent podcast companies.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the efficient administration of a growing and exciting media organisation and provide excellent support for the non-production side of the business, including managing processes, attending and minuting meetings where needed and creating regular reports.

Social Media Manager

Location: London, at least three days a week in our north London office

Salary: £40-45k

Type: Full time, permanent

Reporting to the Head of Production and CEO, you’ll be the go-to person for all things social, and have a proven track record of managing and implementing social media campaigns for big brands.

Taking full responsibility for all of Stak’s social media channels and website, and working with our producers to keep these up to date and flourishing, the successful candidate will communicate our message and advertise our audio content through rich graphical and written content.

You'll also have:

- Confidence with Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok and similar, as well as live streaming services

- An ability to tweak basic visual content in Adobe Creative Suite for release, including Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects

- Experience of direct working relationships with media agencies and ideally platform owners

- A keen interest in audio and the audio industry in general, and preferably podcasting specifically

- Strong copywriting skills and an ability to communicate using our tone of voice

- 5 years experience in this or another relevant field
